Item Condition

The items we sell are primarily previously owned but well cared for. Gentle wear may be present on some pieces; however, we do inspect and have them refurbished to almost new condition. Any mentionable flaws or imperfections are clearly disclosed in our listing description. All items will arrive looking polished and clean in an A&C box ready for your enjoyment.

Ring Sizing

Most of our rings can be resized larger or smaller for the perfect fit by a professional goldsmith. We are almost always able to offer complimentary resizing prior to shipping, please contact us before placing an order to discuss resizing to be sure the size you desire is OK for that particular ring. Resizing normally takes 7-10 business days.

Shipping Information

FREE Shipping! We ship fast and secure and fully insured via USPS, most often within 24 hours of payment confirmation.


We ship all orders securely via USPS. For USPS, we ship via Priority Mail Express with signature required.

Tracking you order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that provides a USPS tracking number. This permits you to track your package online.

International Buyers

Many countries charge an import duty or customs fees. Any duties imposed by countries for importing our items are the buyers responsibility. Please email us with any questions. We are currently not shipping internationally, but hope to offer this service in the near future.


Our primary concern is your complete satisfaction. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact us to obtain an authorization number by advising us of your concerns within 15 calendar days from the shipment of your item. No exchanges will be accepted without an authorization number. You must provide a return tracking number within 3 days of receiving the exchange authorization number. You will be issued a store credit, however we do not refund the cost of the return shipping. The store credit will be valid for one year from the date of the item exchanged.

In order to receive a full store credit the item must be returned in the same condition as received with the original packaging. After we examine the item and determine that the conditions are met we will happily send you a store credit in a gift certificate, as well as it being on file.

We reserve the right to block any user from the website who abuses the Exchage Policy and continually returns merchandise.

Damaged Returns

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. We recommend insuring the item(s).

Our Guarantee

We guarantee everything we make, repair, or sell from 1 year of the date sold, unless otherwise noted in writing on the receipt.

With the exception of special orders and custom work, all items purchased may be exchanged within 10 calendar days of purchase. No refunds will be given , unless otherwise noted in writing on the receipt.

All items sold have a limited one year warranty against manufacturers defects and stone loss. This warranty does not apply to loss or damage to jewelry or gemstones due to wear or negligence. We do not guarantee that a diamond once taken from our store will not chip, break, scratch, or fracture.

All rings with a selling price of over $1000 will receive free sizing of the 1st size up or a free down sizing.

All rings purchased with a selling price of under $1000 will receive a 50% discount on ring sizing as listed on our price sheet.

Any jewelry with a selling price of over $2000 will receive a complimentary Insurance replacement letter, as requested by the customer. We strongly suggest you insure your jewelry.

Many colored gemstones are treated by various methods to improve their color and clarity. Heat treatment is the most common method. Please ask if you have any questions pertaining to colored gemstones and their treatment.
